After each purchase you will immediately find out your current points balance. We will also inform you once a year by email regarding the validity of your Peakpoint credits.

You can collect Peakpoints very easily. Every time you make a purchase via ticketcorner.ch/peak or the Ticketcorner.Peak App, we credit your customer account with one Peakpoint for every Swiss franc you spend.
You can use the Peakpoints you have collected to obtain Ticketcorner railway mountain ticket vouchers in your Ticketcorner.Peak customer account under «Peakpoints». The Peakpoints can be redeemed as soon as you receive them.
The Peakpoints are valid from the time you purchase tickets or receive credit vouchers, until the end of the following season (31 July). For example, if you bought tickets and earned Peakpoints on 21 December 2024, the Peakpoints are valid until 31 July 2026.
At least once a year, we will send a report on your current Peakpoints credit to the e-mail address registered with your account.
The validity of the vouchers which are acquired using Skipoints may vary for each partner. Information about validity is provided on the discount voucher of the partner. Ticketcorner mountain railway ticket vouchers are valid for a year from the issue date.
If an order is cancelled, all the Peakpoints associated with this order are also cancelled and are deducted from your customer account. If the Peakpoints from an order have already been exchanged for partner vouchers, this order can no longer be cancelled.
